Richard Smallwood LLB, Dip, FP – Principal

Qualifications: Richard graduated with Bachelor of Laws from Sydney University. Richard also holds a Diploma in Financial Planning from Deakin University.

Year of Admission: 1970

Experience: Richard commenced practice on his own account in 1976 after working for medium-to-large city law firms in a variety of legal areas including Financing and Security work, Company and Commercial Law.

Elizabeth Campbell LLB

Qualifications: Elizabeth graduated with Bachelor of Laws from University of Technology

Year of Admission: 1996

Experience: Prior to admission, Elizabeth had extensive legal experience as a paralegal and in an administration role in a medium city firm mainly in Property Law.

Lynette McDermott SAB.Dip Law

Year of Admission: as a Barrister 1988 – as a Solicitor 2003

Qualifications: Lynette completed her Diploma of Law through the Solicitors Admission Board and the Law Extension Committee of the University of Sydney, being admitted to the Bar in 1989. Prior to admission Lynette worked as a paralegal for 11 years at a Sydney city law firm specialising in Divorce and Family Law.

After a break from the profession Lynette recommenced employment in 2001 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2003. Until recently Lynette was employed with a city firm again specialising in Family Law.

Experience: Lynette has over 17 years experience in all facets of the law, but particularly in Divorce/Family/De facto Law.

Experience: Allegra has had 25 years of experience assisting in many facets of law, working for large and small city firms.

Qualifications: Emelia attended Northern Beaches TAFE and has completed Diploma of Business Admin – Legal Services.

Experience: Emelia has had a year of administration experience prior to joining our team where she is currently assisting in the areas of Litigation, Family Law and Conveyancing.
